Deputy Principal Staff and Students Report

Student Wellbeing
With the lockdown and the continuing changing restrictions, it can be a challenging time for all. If your child is struggling with their learning or their wellbeing is not where they would like it to be, please keep us informed. We want to work together in partnership supporting your work as the primary educators of your children. If there are any issues or ways we can support, please contact your child’s Pastoral Teacher at the College.
Nazareth Day - Thursday 19 August
As has been the custom, we will celebrate our Nazareth Community on Thursday, 19 August 2021 with Nazareth Day. This day will involve a Whole School Assembly celebrating and acknowledging some great achievements in our community and also our rich cultural diversity. There will be a range of activities on the day organised by House groups, as well as the Nazareth Talent Quest. It is usually a great day for our community and after missing many big events last year, we are hoping for a great day together and looking forward to it. Students interested in entering the Nazareth Day Talent Quest can contact Mr Landid. Students are invited to attend in cultural dress on Nazareth Day.
Nazareth Mass - Thursday 26 August
A rich part of our celebration of our community will be celebrating Holy Mass together as a school on Thursday 26 August 2021. One of the highlights of this Mass is the leading of Prayers of the Faithful in different languages as a celebration of the different cultures in our community. Any students who may be interested in leading a prayer in the language of their culture, please contact Mr Stewart.
