Performing Arts 

Instrumental Music: 

Welcome to Semester 2 of Instrumental Music at Nazareth College. We have many events, performances and new ensembles to look forward to this semester including Music camp which is fast approaching. Please be aware that only students who participate in a musical ensemble will be invited to come to Music Camp in term 4.

Musical ensembles:

• String Ensemble with Ms R Parfitt – Monday 3:30-4:30pm
• Guitar Ensemble with Mr T Stewart-Toner – Monday 3:30-4:30pm
• Contemporary/Junior Band with Mr P Cornelius – Monday 3:30-4:30pm
• Junior Strings with Ms R Parfitt - Monday – Lunch time
• Senior Contemporary Band with Mr T Stewart-Toner – Friday 7:30am - 8:30am
• Choir with Ms T Vega & Ms A Mauceri– Thursday 3:30-4:30pm
• Vocal Group with Ms T Vega – Time (TBC)
• Tech Crew Club with Mr S Landid – Time (TBC)
• Percussion Group - Time (TBC)

College Production: 

Unfortunately, we have had to postpone our performances of Grease yet again due to lockdown. We refunded the purchase price of all tickets on 21 July - it may take up to 3 business days for the refund to show up in your account.  We ask for your patience as we explore all possibilities to bring GREASE to you in a COVID safe way. We appreciate your support as we work through these processes. 

Fortunately, the students were able to get their first ‘dress-run’ in last Thursday before the lock-down. We are not giving up and look forward to a fantastic show in whatever format and on whatever platform we can perform.
