Stage 2

Wow! We cannot believe how quickly this term has gone. The students have settled well into the 2023 school routines and organisation. Our classes are working cohesively and our mathematics groups are well underway. 

Term 1 - Done and Dusted

The students have been learning how to write simple, compound and complex sentences and using a variety of these to create engaging texts using interesting vocabulary.

Over the holidays, it would be great if students could practise reading the time on an analog clock using the terms ‘past’ and ‘to’.

Our science unit has explored the relationship between the Earth, Sun and Moon and the impact this has on humans.

Year 3 have completed their first NAPLAN and participated in their first swimming carnival. They're looking forward to being involved in the cross country in Term 2.
