Influenza Vaccination Reimbursement 2023

As a health and safety measure for staff of the Armidale Catholic Schools System, the reimbursement of the cost of influenza vaccine has been approved once again. This offer covers the cost of the vaccine only (up to a maximum of $30) and does not include the cost of the visit to a medical practitioner.

To claim reimbursement for vaccination:

Claim reimbursement for the cost of the vaccine from CSO via completion of the 2023 Flu Vaccination Claim Form available here
Forward the receipt for the vaccine and completed claim form to Conrad Post at the Catholic Schools Office email accountspayable@arm.catholic.edu.au

Early Middle Leaders Program

Middle Leaders in the first three years of their leadership journey.

The program has been specifically designed to support you successfully navigate the complexities involved in building a culture of collaborative professionalism in our work to improve learner outcomes. In each session, you will engage in interactive, relevant, and innovative learning experiences that will support the holistic development of your leadership.

This program includes:

12 x 1 hour sessions across Term 2, 3, and 4 (4 sessions a term)
Guest facilitators from across dioceses.
Development of a professional network dedicated to ongoing improvement of learner outcomes through impactful middle leading
regular 1-1 and/or small group coaching/mentoring/critical friend sessions
career pathway connections with representatives from our HR department
Individualised development of a Leadership Goal Action Plan

Coaching/Mentoring

Leadership coaching and mentoring support is available for all middle leaders including teachers aspiring to middle leadership, MaSTs, Teacher-Librarians, Leaders of Student Care, LoLs, RECs, APs and those that hold an informal middle leadership position. If you are looking to be encouraged, stretched, challenged and supported in your leadership development to take action and grow, then coaching/mentoring is the right opportunity.

This program includes the options of:

Coaching using Leadership Goal Action Plan
1-1 or small group coaching (usually up to 6 sessions)
Critical friend (regular meeting time)
Mentoring (ongoing as required)

Commonwealth Bank Teaching Awards

Nominations for the Commonwealth Bank Teaching Awards presented by Schools Plus are now open.

Nominate a teacher or school leader to see them recognised with a $40,000 Teaching Fellowship, including funds for their school, or a $10,000 Early Career Teacher award supported by Salesforce.
