School fees and charges for Events and Camps

 

 

Dear Parents and Carers,

 

With advice from the Department of Education and health authorities, a number of planned school events and camps have needed to be cancelled or postponed due to the current Covid-19 restrictions.   

 

Many parents had already paid and consented for these events and camps.  Please be assured that any payments you have made will either be credited back to student accounts or fully refunded, as the case may be. 

 

The Principal, Mr Glenn Butler, has approved the following: 

 

  • Credits - amounts under $150
  • Will remain on student accounts until they can be applied to outstanding school fees or future events. 
  • Refunds - amounts over $150
  • Will be paid into bank accounts electronically (no cheques will be issued). 
  • We will contact each family individually for their bank account details in due course.

 

Cancelled:

  • Chess Tournament 1
  • Yr 1 Toys over Time incursion
  • Yr 1 and Yr 2 Swimming Program
  • Yr 3 and Yr 4 House Athletics
  • Yr 5 and Yr 6 House Athletics

 

Postponed and on hold until further notice:

  • Yr 3 Camp
  • Yr 5 Camp # 2
  • Yr 6 Camp

 

We are working to process all credits and/or refunds at the earliest opportunity, however you will understand the amount of work involved, as there are hundreds to be processed.
