Cultural Lunch in honour of the Dragon Boat Festival in the People’s Republic of China

This Wednesday, our Year 12 VET Hospitality students served our staff with an exclusive lunch service - a 5-course degustation menu in honour of the famous Dragon Boat Festival. The menu included Prawn Hargow, BBQ Pork Buns, Peking Duck Pancakes, Banana Fritters and Mango Ice Cream. Students have worked extremely hard together as a team to make this a successful event with great feedback from our guests! 

One more lunch service to go this term… Next up is Portuguese food in honour of Portugal Day!

Coffee Service for the Catholic Education Council Meeting

On Tuesday, we had special guests from the Catholic Education Council have a conference in one of our newly built classrooms. Our Year 11 and 12 students were involved in a coffee service where high quality barista-made coffee was served. Well done to Jessica McMaster, Abner Onyancha, Amity Witton and Ambros Del Rosario!
