BEACHSIDE CROSS COUNTRY
Due to the success of runners at the Dendy Cross Country, we have 8 students that have qualified for the next stage, Beachside Cross Country on Tuesday 31st May @ Bald Hill Park.
We wish the following students all success for their events:
9/10 Boys - Spencer Buck
9/10 Girls - Tilly Monaghan
11 Boys - Harry Hopgood, Eden Moloney & Liam Pert
11 Girls - Milly Surkitt
12/13 Boys - Jesse Byers

FRIDAY INTERSCHOOL SPORTS UPDATE
On Friday 20th May, Grade 5/6 students participated in AFL & Netball against St Mary's Hampton. Our Netballers had great control of their passing and shooting, winning in all their games. Our Team B footballers had a bit closer scoring game but managed to come out in front!
Friday 27th May saw Sacred Heart play against St Finbar's. Both the AFL and Netball teams were successful on the day.
Sacred Heart will play against Sacred Heart on Friday 3rd June, which will help with deciding of the lightning premiership teams.
Our final game before the Lightning Premierships will be against St Joan of Arc on Friday 10th June.
LIGHTNING PREMIERSHIPS
After our Friday Interschool Sports fixture is completed, participating schools will compete at the Lightning Premierships. Winners of these days have a chance to go through to the next round, playing against other winners within the Beachside Division.
Soccer LP - Wednesday 15th June (1x Boys/Mixed Team, 1x Girls Team)
Netball LP - Thursday 16th June (1x Girls Team, 2x Mixed Teams)
AFL LP - Friday 17th June (1x Mixed Team)
These teams will consist of our best players throughout the Interschool Sports and those students that can represent Sacred Heart proudly.
