Presentation Endeavour Awards Assembly – Wednesday 15 May

After the success of last year’s Presentation Endeavour Awards Assembly, our first assembly for 2019 was held on Wednesday 15 May. We are excited to celebrate all the wonderful learning and teaching that occurs at PCW, and to promote and support academic excellence and endeavour across all subjects.

Here at PCW we want to foster a culture of giving your very best. During the assembly we recognised academic endeavour and awarded students from Years 7 to 11 who have demonstrated the following in their studies during the first half of 2019:

• Approached their learning with determination and a positive growth mindset; embracing challenges and continually striving to achieve their personal best
• Showed a sustained improvement over time in their academic results, organisation and approach to their studies
• Demonstrated resilience, commitment, creativity, curiosity and a desire to learn
• Are effective learners who listen and ask questions, and actively participate in class
