Lock iPads onto apps

Did you know there's a super quick and easy way to lock an iPad onto one app?

Guided Access allows you to limit which apps, and even parts of an app students can access. 

This is great for those students who find it too tempting to deviate from what they are supposed to be doing, or for junior students who often accidentally hit the home button and then become confused. We always advocate for teaching students about responsibility and managing themselves with integrity but sometimes a trick like this can just make life a little bit easier. It's probably not something you'd want to do with every iPad, every time they are being used, but limiting access may make life a little easier with some of your students.
