TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS SHORT COURSE

Sunraysia TAFE and Aust-link are now, with the support of the Victorian State Government, able to offer an entry-level, six-week course in Transport and Logistics that has been developed exclusively for the Mallee region. 

The course has been established in consultation with local industry who are keen to attract young people into their businesses to fill a skills’ need.  It is expected that participants will learn some base skills to operate safely in a transport workplace and will spend a minimum of two and a half weeks on industry placement whilst undertaking the course. 

Depending on your age and prior experience participants can expect to undertake ONE licensing unit for either forklift or truck.

As an entry level Victorian Government qualification, this course is recognized nationally, and the content is made up competencies that can be used to support other training qualifications.
