Principal's Message

Liam Buckley

So, the Word became flesh; he came among us and was one of us.

And we saw his glory, the glory which befits God’s only son, full of grace and truth.

c.f. John 1: 1–14

Dear all

Wishing all our families and friends a well deserved summer break and a blessed time over the Christmas period.

I would like to thank the amazing staff at St Joseph's for the effort and energy they have put into the 2020 academic year. I am very grateful and proud to be working alongside such dedicated and passionate staff.

Thank you parents for sending your children to St Joseph's and we look forward to re-engaging with you next term as we look ahead with optimism to a safe, connected future.

Thank you to the Parish School Board and to Fr David Cartwright for his leadership and support during Term 4.

We farewelled our Class of 2020 on Tuesday and Wednesday and we wish them every success in the future. We also say goodbye to Michael Brooks who retires after 40 years as an educator. His contribution to St Joseph's is impossible to summarise - but he is a well loved and respected teacher who touched the hearts and minds of generations of students. We wish Michael the very best as he enjoys retirement.
