Inquiry Centre

Curriculum
We had an excellent week in the Inquiry Centre with no signs of winding down yet! All our students have demonstrated perseverance and a love of learning this week.
In Maths we have continued to explore mapping and shapes through our “Our Town” unit. Our 3D class towns are looking brilliant with their roads, houses, hospitals, post offices, hotels and more. The students have practised using directional language to navigate through our towns and have enjoyed building and making throughout this STEM unit.
In Literacy, we completed a term reflection that you will be able to view on Seesaw. Students finished off their ‘show programs’ for their Guided Inquiry plays, and practised inferring when reading texts.
In Guided Inquiry, we have continued to work on our shadow puppet shows, practising teamwork and collaboration when rehearsing in groups. We can’t wait for our performances next week!
