Please remember orders close at 8.30 am, please allow plenty of time when placing orders.

 

Please ensure your child has the correct classroom selected, a wrongly selected class means their lunch may end up in a different lunch basket.

 

Birthday treats and frozen treats are available Monday to Friday.

 

Some menu items are only available on selected days, please take the time to check out all-new winter items.

 

Lemonade Scones

Makes 12 – 15 scones

  • 1 cup pure cream
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 3 cups self-raising flour
  • pinch of salt
  • extra flour, for dusting

Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). 

Lightly flour a baking tray or line with paper.

Sift flour and salt into a large bowl. Pour in lemonade and cream and mix by hand into a soft sticky dough. 

Scrape onto a generously floured surface. Knead very lightly and roll dough to roughly 3 cm thick. Using a round cutter, glass or cup, cut dough and place closely together on your prepared oven tray. Gently knead scraps of dough together and repeat.

Lightly brush tops with a little extra cream and bake for 15-20 minutes or until just golden.

Serve warm with your favorite preserves, butter, and cream.
