How long have you been at Macleod College? 2022 is my 6th year!
Favourite book or Movie? I don't read much, but books I love - some by Murakami and Sally Rooney. My favourite biography is The Happiest Refugee (Anh Do) because it hits close to home. I don't watch many movies or shows, but I love Saoirse Ronan. So anything with her, I guess.
Favourite Food? I love salmon! I particularly love raw salmon sashimi. I currently love Jordan's cereal (chocolate oat clusters). I go through phases of favourite food - kimchi, potatoes... I've forgotten the rest - they really didn't impress me much after a week.
What do you enjoy doing in your downtime? Crafts! I make leather wallets, soy candles, and resin things as of recent. I also enjoy cycling, hiking, camping and being outdoors. Despite this, I am also a home-body.
Favourite thing about working at Macleod College? I like that it is a small school, so as a teacher, I know most students. I even know some students that I don't teach, or have never taught. It brings a smile to my face being able to connect with young people. I also love that students can connect from different year levels, because of their common interests and acceptance of each other. Oh, and I also love that we are so multicultural! It is so great to have our community from all over the world! There's a lot I love about Macleod.
