International Student Program

My name is Vicky Zhang, I am 15 years old and in year 10. I went home to China for a summer holiday to see my family in December 2019 but because of COVID-19 border closures, I stayed in China for two years!!

In these two years I went back to school in China and missed everyone from Melbourne! Thanks to the borders opening up again, this year I came back to Macleod College and my first term is almost finished. I have learnt a lot, I have the courage to talk loudly with my classmates, and my English has improved a lot, though presentation is still a difficult exam for me, but it can help my English improve very fast. 

This term I think my most difficult subject is humanities, this is a subject that requires very high levels of English, so I need to work harder to learn it. My favourite subject is maths, because maths is very easy for me. The subject I am most interested in is forensic Psychology, this elective is a bit difficult, but I have a high enthusiasm to study it.
