Taking a break

Looking to book a holiday or take a break? No problemo! We'll hold your spot for $6.00 a week for a maximum of six weeks per calendar year. 

You can apply a Take a Break via your member portal by following these steps here.

To be eligible you must apply a take a Break at least seven days before the start of your break. After your break, your membership will be automatically be reactivated. 

Some important things to consider include:

• While you're on a break you cannot make any changes to your membership such as changing class times or cancelling your membership
• You cannot take a break if there's an outstanding balance on your account
• During your break you're welcome to visit the centre, however, you'll need to pay casual entry fees

Cancelling your membership

We understand circumstances change. If you wish to move on, you don't need to wait until the end of term, you just need to fill out a cancellation form by the Tuesday before the next direct debit run. Cancellations lodged by this time will not incur any further direct debits. 

Please note, students will be required to enrol for a minimum of four lessons before a cancellation will be processed as per our Terms and Conditions.
