NAVIGATING THE ONLINE PORTAL

Setting up your account

If you already have a health club membership with us, your Swim ARCademy membership will be added on to this under the Account section.

 

If you only have a Swim ARCademy membership with us, you can access your account by going to our online portal and clicking 'forgot password.' Enter the email you used on our original form to enrol yourself or child. Follow the instructions outlined in the email sent to you to reset your password. After you've set a password, you should now have access to your online account.

Tracking your lesson progress

You’ll be able to see how you’re going in your current lesson by heading to ‘Skills’ under ‘Account’. 

 

If you're a parent, you'll need to select your child from the top left dropdown menu. Then click 'Current' from the Levels timeline and scroll down to see what skills have been completed for your current class.

 

For each learning criteria, you’ll be given a progress status. When all skills have been set to ‘Improving’, you’ll be booked in for an assessment.

 

You can also see the learning outcomes for future classes by swiping across the ‘Levels timeline’ section.

Changing payment information

You can update your payment details online. Simply head to 'Payment settings' under 'Account' and follow the steps for adding a new payment method.
