We're so excited that you've joined the Swim ARCademy family!

Your membership includes access to one 30 minute lesson with an instructor per week, as well as the Waterbubs Play Session where you can come in and spend additional time in the Warm Water Pool together.

We're a tight-knit family with years of experience. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our ARCers. We're here to help make your journey as smooth as possible at the ARC.

So, who are the team at the ARC?

Customer Service Officers

Their smiling faces will be the first thing you see as you walk into the ARC, manning our Reception desk. They're your go-to people if you have any questions about what's going on at the centre.  

Swim School Supervisors

If you have any questions about Swim ARCademy, our Swim School Supervisors are the people to see! Just pop down to our AquaHub and they'll be able to answer all your Swim School questions.

Swim ARCademy Instructors

Our friendly instructors are all AUSTSWIM qualified. Through our customised lessons, they'll help your little ones develop the skills they need to be safe in and around water.

Lifeguards and Facility Supervisors

Sporting a red and yellow uniform, our Lifeguards are our very own poolside heroes, helping to ensure the aquatics area is kept safe. They work closely with our Facility Supervisors, who ensure all aspects of the centre are running smoothly.
