St Simon's House Cross Country and Athletics Day Winners

2022 House Cross Country Champions

Well done to all of you at the House Cross Country earlier this term. This year we congratulate RED HOUSE on winning this year’s house cross country. The points for each house are listed below:

1st Place- Red House : 287 points

2nd Place - Blue House : 231 points

3rd Place - Green House : 228 points

4th Place: Yellow House : 210 points

2022 St Simon House Athletics

Congratulations to everyone at the St Simon’s House Athletics day. All students ran extremely well and did their best at long jump, triple jump and discus. A big thank you again to all our parent helpers and teachers on the day. All of us working together made the day very fun for all the children.

This year, we are excited to announce that Red House are our 2022 House Athletics Champions. Congratulations to all students in Red House as they go back to back as athletics champions. The points from the day are listed below:

1st Place- Red House : 1062 points

2nd Place - Blue House : 1050 points

3rd Place - Yellow House : 925 points

4th Place: Green House : 812 points

For over a decade at St Simon’s, data for 100m and 200m races have been collected by numerous sport coordinators from our school Athletics day. After reviewing the times from the last 10 years, I have been able to identify our school record times for the 100m and 200m races. Our school records are listed below:

Angie Torcasio - 2018 : 14.94 seconds
