Ashwood High School SEAL Program & Open Night

Ashwood High School takes this opportunity to congratulate the following students from your 2021 school community who were accepted into our approved SEAL program – Accelerated Curriculum & Enrichment (ACE) Program in 2022:

  • Jane Lee

Shakthivel, Ariya & Jane have settled in to Ashwood High School very well and are producing some magnificent work.  Congratulations to Essex Heights Primary School for setting these students up for success. 

 

We are inviting online registration for your current Year 6 students for the ACE Program  -  Accelerated Curriculum and Enrichment Program (an approved SEAL program) in 2023 at www.ashwood.vic.edu.au  or directly via Edutest here: https://aus.edutest.com.au/D/?t=2NXS3I70

 

We would like to encourage your talented Year 6 students to place an online application for a Scholarship in one or more of the following categories:

·         Sporting Excellence

·         Performing Arts.

Our Open Night, Ashwood Revealed, will be held in Term 2 on Wednesday 4 May 2022 with tours in the morning and evening.

Art Competition

  • Parents can directly register their child with the Centre Coordinator: Janine, via phone 9807 2625 or email coordinator@amaroonc.org.au
  • Monday 4 and Tuesday 5 April 2022 from 4pm to 5pm - Children to be accompanied by parent/guardian to Amaroo Neighbourhood Centre (34 Amaroo Street, Chadstone) to create artwork.  
  • Wednesday 6 April winners will be announced, and artworks will be displayed. 
  • There is a limited number of students who can participant (preference will be given to whoever registers first).
  • There will be 3 winners from each age group:  7-9 years, 10-12 years.
  • The winners will receive medallions. 
  • Snacks will be provided.
  • Amaroo NC will supply the art materials.
  • Each child will receive a Certificate of participation.

Quicksound Monash Art Competition

SUBMISSION DATES EXTENDED! Quiksound Productions is currently calling out to young artists aged 12 – 25 looking for a chance to show off their work. 

Finalists artwork will be displayed via a virtual gallery and numerous prizes valued at up to $200 are available.
