Central Coast Schools Showcase - Henry Kendall High School Signing Choir
On Wednesday 29 August, the Special Education Signing Choir were privileged to be a part of the Central Coast Schools Showcase at Laycock St Theatre. The choir performed both a matinee and night show and were fabulous!
The students performed beautifully and are to be commended on their behaviour and courage performing on stage to such a large audience. We are very proud of them.
Congratulations Conrad, Xander, Nick, Jade, Tegan, Wanda, Jolie, Brady, Caitlin, Angie, Linden, Breanna, Krystal, Zali, Lateesha, Tamika, Evelyn and Jasmine.
Their signing performance of This Is Me was a great hit. The good news is you can see them perform again soon at the Henry Kendall High School Performing Arts Night!

Central Coast Showcase
Congratulations to the fabulous students who performed at The Laycock Street Theatre on the Tuesday 28 and Wednesday 29 August 2018. These students were selected via a rigorous audition process to perform in the Central Coast Public Schools' Showcase which features only the best student performances from across our public schools.
A special mention also goes to Eli Clarkson who was a very entertaining Master of Ceremonies for two of the concerts.
The students included:
Year 12 Music: Grace Oldfield, Phil Bertoss, Sophie Eickelman, Jordan Brunner and Nick Murray.
Year 11 Music: Senjay Turner, Ananda Ramadhan, Oscar Tebbutt and Zac Hegyessy.
Year 10 Music: Stella Tufuga, Deklan Hewett, Charlie Johnson and Willow Pratt.
Special Education Signing Choir: Conrad Hope, Xander James, Nicholas Lee, Jade Ansell, Tegan Mann, Wanda Rassmussen, Jolie Easton, Brady Colwell, Caitlin O'Dowd, Angie Elin, Linden Barber, Breanna Styman, Krystal Harris, Zali Dezeeuw, Lateesha Mead, Tamika Williams, and Evelyn Smith.
Congratulations on the standing ovation for the Henry Kendall High School Signing Choir. You were amazing. Thank you to Mrs Bath, Mrs Ryan and all the other staff who supported the students including Mrs Secombe and Mrs Strada.

"What a fantastic night last night’s Central Coast Schools Showcase was for all who were there to enjoy this special event on our annual calendar. Each and every performance ensured the spotlight was on our students and the balanced and broad-ranging program was outstanding.
