Final day of school for students - summer holidays!
School Holiday Program
We are delighted to be partnering with the Kelly Club to offer a school holiday program from Monday 10 through Friday 21 December. These will be full day programs for children from Kinder through Year 6, held at Arlington, and include a variety of incursions and excursions.
Full details and booking forms are now available from the Kelly Club or Arlington reception.
Instrumental Tuition
Students currently enrolled in the instrumental program will receive a copy of the 2019 enrolment contract and the music handbook home in their school-bags this week. If your child plans to continue their instrumental lessons next year, please return the contract to the office prior to school commencing in January (or as soon as possible).
As a reminder – 4 weeks in-term notice is required to cancel music tuition once enrolled. Notice also needs to be given if lessons are not continuing for 2019. Full details can be found in the music handbook, on the website, or contact the office for assistance.
Library
With the close of the school year, a gentle reminder to families to return any library books, or have a hunt for them at home over the holidays!
Overdue book notices were sent home with students this week, if you have any concerns about items please contact our librarian Emily Smith.
Office closure
The School will close from Thursday 20 December until Monday 7 January when the Administration team returns. During this shutdown period please email any enquiries to preshil@preshil.vic.edu.au or leave a message on the School’s voicemail at 9817 6135. Both these facilities will be monitored regularly during the closure.
