Gardening

This term in Gardening F-2 students are getting into the garden, learning about their place in space and exploring the schools ecosystems. In the next few weeks we will be planting out the edge to our garden as the fence gets put back in, creating a living wall to their outdoor classroom. Till then, we will be weeding, growing soil and keeping an eye out for all the fungi, murrnongs and chocolate lillies popping up with the misty mornings.  

We also have many new benches around the garden for our community to sit and enjoy the space.  Thanks to Aviva negotiating with the construction company and ensuring they supported us with the building of the benches.
