Year 9 Senior Master Chef

 

In Year 9 Senior Master Chef this term, students have participated in many practical and theory sessions that they have enjoyed. Students have learnt about different foods suitable for diets such as lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance, celiac disease, vegetarian, and vegan diets. Students have been lucky enough to make many great dishes including homemade pies, including making their own pastry, gnocchi, bread and even custard filled doughnuts. We are all looking forward to seeing what students can produce in Term 2!
