Choice-Based Art
This year in Visual Arts, students are learning about art and the art world through their own learning journey as an artist. The art room is the student’s art studio where materials are gradually made available for students to choose as they wish to create their own artwork. Students will be creating art based on their interests and their ideas as that is what real-life artists do.
This term, students have been experimenting and exploring with a variety of drawing, painting, modelling and collage materials to create their own artwork. A number of students have also collaborated on pieces of artworks.

My artwork was inspired by my dog which I think feels like the walls are closing in as she gets more nervous which is why her paws is up. But I think she acts happily and the colours represent different ways she feels.
