School Photos

Annual school photos have been taken by Arthur Reed Photos.

To view the images of your child and order photos, you will need to first register online.

Go to https://order.arphotos.com.au and enter the 2021 image code for your child (from their personalized flyer)
Tap on ‘Add another child’ to enter the image codes of any siblings
Fill in your email and mobile details and then review all details before confirming your registration

That’s it! When 2021 photos are ready, you will be notified by email and SMS.

Even if you registered last year, it’s important that you do it again each year using your child’s new image code to link their photos for the current year with your contact details.

To ensure you are ordering school photos for the current year, please wait for notifications that 2021 images are online before placing orders.

In the webshop you can view photos and customize your photo package; Choose ANY layout, ANY image and purchase multiple digital image downloads.

All photo orders will be sent directly to the address you provide when ordering.

School Enrolment Amendment Forms

In term 1 students brought home a document which has your child's and your family details on. Can you please look through this document, make any changes if they are required and then return them to our office as soon as possible? It is important that we have up to date details on your child's record.

School Uniform Shortage

Our uniform suppliers, Looking Smart have notified us that there are no polo tops available in the sizes 4 - 10 until Mid May at this stage. We do have some sizes available in our second hand uniform stock. These are $5 each, cash only.

Working With Children Check

We require all parents and volunteers who would like to attend school excursions or volunteer in the classrooms, to have a Working with Children Check. You can now fill WWC Check application online. Please go to http://www.workingwithchildren.vic.gov.au/

After you fill out your details, print out your application form and take it to an Australia Post outlet with your proof of identity and a passport size photo for processing.

Please bring your WWCC card to our school office when you receive it and we will do an induction so that you can attend excursions and help in the classroom.

This induction only takes 5 minutes, is only done once a year and is conducted from our school office.

Excursion Payment Options

Each family has their own personal log in & password details for Compass and you can use these details to consent and pay for excursions. Most events/excursions will show on your Compass home page in My News. Click on the blue hyperlink for more information and you will have access to either print the form or Process Now, which will take you directly to a consent and payment form to provide permission and payment.

Please note that you will still receive a hardcopy of all excursion notes for those families who wish to pay cash, use their CSEF or have prepaid at the start of the year.

Payments can not be made via Compass from your phone, only computers.

Please note that it is no longer possible for teachers or office staff to accept payment or ring to ask for permission for students to attend an excursion on the day of the event. This causes a lot of disruption within the classroom particularly if the excursion is taking place at the beginning of the day.

Student Absences

Dear Parents,

An SMS notification will be sent to the primary family member’s mobile number at approximately 9:30am each school morning, if your child/children are not at school and their absence is unexplained.

Please make sure that you call the school or enter your child’s/children’s absence through the COMPASS Parent Portal, prior to 9am on the day of their absence, to ensure you do not receive the text unnecessarily.
