Enrolments for 2016

After a great deal of work, Northcote HS has enrolled 275 students for Yr 7 in 2016. This process has been very difficult, with a number of siblings who no longer live locally unable to gain places. The school will continue to work on transition to the end of the year . Our enrolment policy can be found on our website. 

As re-development of unused factory sites in the inner city area proceeds apace,  higher density housing means a significant change to enrolment practices for many schools. By way of example, the Ettaro development in Brunswick Rd,  shown below, will contain over 400 dwellings.  While  this development is outside the Northcote HS neighbourhood area, there are others planned and in development nearer the school.
