Youth talk

The year 11 and 12 prefects had an exciting day on the 27th of February, with a 4 o’clock wake up to be on a bus heading to Melbourne at 5:30. Although the day was gloomy and cold we were able to have the experience to listen to so many inspiring voices about their childhood life, their school experiences, how they overcame difficult times and put downs and most of all how they became leaders. The prefects were able to gain the knowledge as to how to be a better leader, how to be more inclusive and most importantly how to help others in need. If anyone gets the chance to attend one of these events we highly suggest you go.
