Croydon SDS Community Night

On Wednesday 5 April, 5-6:30pm, we invite all Croydon SDS families and friends to join in this event. 

We will have an information session for parents/carers, including an introduction to Compass and a building project update.  While parents are attending this, teachers will be facilitating activities for students and siblings.  

There will also be a community BBQ and Easter Raffle.  It would be great to see you there!

Compass 

This term, staff have transitioned to the online school management platform, Compass. Staff have been using Compass for whole school information sharing, daily class roll marking, recording student data, student IEP goal writing and other administration tasks.  Compass has provided us with a tool to streamline our administration (record/data storing) and information sharing.  

We look forward to rolling this out to you, our parent and carer community next term.  Compass will be our information platform and provide another method for communication. 

At our community night parent/carer information session on Wednesday 5 April at 5pm, we will be introducing Compass and some key points to how to effectively use it from a parent perspective.  It is highly recommended that you attend this session if you can.
