Handwriting in the Millie Building! 

This term, we have been busy practising our handwriting skills during handwriting time. We have been using our brand-new handwriting books to help us with our letter formation as well as where we need to write on the lines. We have also been practising putting our feet on the ground, sitting with a straight back, having our arm resting on the page and holding our pencil correctly. 

Before we begin each handwriting session, we have been using a Fine Motor Warm Up to help prepare our hand muscles ready for handwriting. You could have a go at this at home too!
