Middle Secondary 1

This term has been very busy, we are learning about persuasive language and advertisement. 

We have been looking at what items are advertised and where we see advertisements in the community and everywhere else. 

The students came up with lots of information in our brainstorming sessions and have made two large word walls. We are looking at persuasive language used in advertisement and books that we are reading. 

In the next two weeks we will be exploring what characteristics they use in and advertisement and what influences them to buy certain items, by colour and wording and positioning.
