School Booklists 2021

The online ordering portal for 2021 booklists is now open. Orders are to be placed online and the direct link is:

Select St Simon the Apostle Primary School. Booklists cannot be handed in to school.

Please note that due to the situation with Covid-19, there will not be a book collection day at school. All orders are to be home delivered or you can Click and Collect from the Lamont office in Hallam. Home deliveries will be free postage until 14th December. Orders placed after 14 December will attract a postage fee.

Key Enrolment dates for Year 5 students in 2021

The key enrolment dates for students who will be starting Year 7 in 2023 are 

• 27th January 2021- Applications will open for year 5 students
• 20th August 2021- Applications will close
• 22 October 2021- Offers will be posted to prospective Year 7 applicants
• 12th November 2021- Final date forparents/carers to accept offer made by school

It is important that parents/carers make at least two applications to schools, to ensure that a place can be found for all students.

School Fees are now due

All fees are now overdue unless you are on a monthly credit card plan or direct debit. Deadline was Friday 6th November. If you are experiencing financial difficulties please contact Tom via email on principal@ssrowville.catholic.edu.au

Due to the current situation of COVID-19 we are unable to accept cash, families are asked to make payment either via

1. direct bank transfer to St Simon's School Account BSB - 083347 Account Number - 648897965 Please include your Surname and Family Code ( can be found on your fee statement) as the reference.
2. credit card payment via the phone or by instalments. See form below which can be emailed to office@ssrowville.catholic.edu.au
