ADHD Awareness Month
October is important to two different groups of diverse learners. It’s ADHD AWARENESS MONTH and it’s also DYSLEXIA AWARENESS MONTH. Following you can find links to discover more about ADHD.
Inclusive education means that all students are welcomed by their school in age-appropriate settings and are supported to learn, contribute, and participate in all aspects of school. In order to create an inclusive environment, modifications may be needed to help a student or group of students participate on the same basis as other students.
Students with ADHD have the right to be able to access and participate in their education on the same basis as students who do not have this learning difference.
