Term 4 2020
Term 4 is a SunSmart term. Don't forget to bring your hat to school for outside play!
Friday 30th October - Day For Daniel
Monday 2nd November - normal school day (still with staggered start and finish times). All students expected to attend today (unless unwell)

Wednesday 11th November - Remembrance Day
Poppies are for sale at the school office - we have a very limited supply. If your child would like to purchase one (either Poppy, pen, bag tag, keyring), please have them bring in the right money to the office where the Admin team can help with the sale of poppies for Remembrance Day.
Wednesday 11th November - School Photo Day. More information will follow soon.
Wednesday 18th November - Curriculum Day. No students are to attend school on this day.
DAY FOR DANIEL – FRIDAY 30TH OCTOBER
On Friday, 30th October, we saw lots of red around the school as we participated in the nationwide ‘Day for Daniel’ organised by the Daniel Morcombe Foundation.
Like Bimbadeen Heights Primary School, their goal is to educate children to keep them safe. Children had lessons focused on strategies to help keep themselves safe and what to do and who to talk to if they feel unsafe.
To show our support for the important work of the Foundation, it was wonderful to see the students come to school dressed in red and bring a gold coin donation which goes towards a very important cause.
Save The Date
Please pop this date into your diaries
Thursday 3rd December is book bag collection day!
Further information will follow later this term but we would like to kindly remind you that as long as the 2021 fees have been paid (or discussed with the business manager Adele) by this date, your child/ren will need a helping hand home with their book bag on Thursday 3rd December!
Thank you.
REMINDER TOO - Important Sentral information.
SENTRAL PORTAL
Sentral is the best way to communicate to you what is happening at the school. Please remember to log in and turn on your notifications for you to receive reports, reminders, notices and this newsletter!
You must log back into it at the end of each term and the end of the year, as Sentral will not automatically roll over to a new term.
