Principals` message

It's hard to belive that we're already at the end of week six with only three more weeks to go. With camp just around the corner, excitement is building as we finalise staffing and send home clothing and equipment lists. Camp is an annual highlight for every student and we look forward to visiting Phillip Island in the coming weeks.

George St renovation update

Recently, Matt Willis and I took a guided tour of the George St building and we took some amazing photos of the renovation work that is currently taking place. As you can see the building has been completely emptied and is being rebuilt from the floor up! We're SUPER excited about the end result and the project is currently on track for a December finish. We really enjoy working with the MayCon team and are grateful for their passion and commitment to the project.

Introducing Natalie - Australian Childhood Trauma Group

We were very sad to say goodbye to Monique recently and extend our deepest gratitude for the work that she did with our students. Next Friday Nat will be starting to work with students who have been referred for additional wellbeing support. She will also be working with Alex to plan weekly wellbeing lessons by combining her expertise as a psychologist with his as an educator. Please click the link below to meet Nat!

2022 Annual Report to the School Community

The report provides a summary of the school's priorities and performance last year.

I also take this opportunity to congratulate staff on a very successful year in the face of continual challenges. In between returning to school post lockdowns, packing and moving across to Napier St.....as well as everything else - last year required staff to be resilient and persistent. It was a huge achievement to lift the school's results in Literacy and Numeracy and we look forward to continuing the work in 2023.
