Walkathon and Make-up Walkathon

A beautiful day greeted us on Sunday morning. The chilly start gave way to a pleasant walking temperature. Many thanks to staff, parents and friends and students who walked the Enoggera Barracks trail as well as the staff and parent volunteers who assisted on the day.

Any student who did not attend the walkathon on Sunday will be required to take part in the make-up walkathon this Friday 26 May. The make-up walkathon will take place on the Flats from 3:15 pm to 4:15pm. 

Walkathon donations are still being accepted and will continue for the next two weeks using the link below. Students who raise $200.00 receive a ticket in the State of Origin raffle.

Marist 1st XV v St Patricks College, Wednesday Afternoon Game

Tomorrow afternoon the 1st XV Rugby Union will be playing the regular weekend match on McMahon Oval straight after school finishes, starting at 3:25 pm. This is a great opportunity for students to give support to the team by joining the Hive cheer squad. At assembly on Wednesday, cheering practice will take place, led by the senior leaders to encourage strong support in the stands for the match. The match will conclude at approximately 4:45 pm. Supervision will be present.

Please discuss with your son regarding pick-up arrangements if he would like to attend.
