Attention To All Team Kids Parents/Carers - PLEASE READ!!!

Hi all Team Kids Parents / Carers! We are experiencing a high number of children NOT arriving at Team Kids for their pre-booked afternoon session. Our procedure if a child is booked in for after school care, but does not turn up, are as follows:

• We contact the school office to find out if the child has attended school that day. If they have, the school sends out a PA announcement asking the child to go straight to Team Kids
• If the child does not turn up at TK within 10 minutes, a search of the school grounds is initiated
• If the child cannot be located, a telephone call is made to the child’s parent and/or guardian to enquire about their whereabouts
• If the child still cannot be located, or contact cannot be made with parents and/or guardians by 4pm, the Director of Service for Team Kids will contact the Police on 000

 You will appreciate the time involved in trying to locate a high number of children in such a short time-span between 3.30-4pm, can be very difficult.Your child’s safety is our highest priority, so we would therefore ask that if you are aware your child is not attending a pre-booked session, that you cancel the booking as soon as possible.
