Dear Parents and Carers

As we head into the 6th week of Easter, the Gospel Message from Sunday speaks of our Hope in the risen Lord and the guiding of the  Holy Spirit

We live in hope because we have been blessed with the opportunity of participating in the exaltation of Jesus. This hope is based on promises: the promise that we will not be left orphaned when Jesus returns to his Father; the promise that we will be comforted by the Spirit whom Jesus will send.  Dianne Bergant CSA

Our Year 6 students are currently preparing to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation please keep them in your prayers. At Confirmation, they will be confirmed with the Gifts of the Holy Spirit. The students have been reflecting on the lives of the Saints and the role the Holy Spirit played in these Saints' lives in bringing the Good News to others.

This week is National Road Safety Week. The students have engaged in lessons on safety in three key areas:

  1. Pedestrians
  2. Bike Riders
  3. Passengers on the bus
Take the opportunity to reflect with your child what you do to ensure their safety and the safety of others throughout the week.

COVID smart measures for schools and families

While COVID-19 remains an unpredictable virus, NSW Health advise that it will continue to present a health risk to the community. Accordingly, our school continues to implement baseline COVID-smart measures to help reduce the risk of transmission for students and staff members.

We ask that students who are feeling unwell be kept home and test, and only attend school when symptom free.
