Families are reminded that students should not be attending school if there are any symptoms of illness. At the first sign of COVID or flu like symptoms please get tested and remain isolated until results are received. If your child comes to school exhibiting symptoms of illness, you will be called and asked to pick them up.

2021 Fee Reminder

Thank you to all families that have their account up to date. A reminder that Term 4 and all outstanding school fees for 2021 are payable by Friday the 22nd October 2021.  If you would like an account update, please do not hesitate to email

St John's Fee Schedule for 2022

Please find below St John's updated Fee Schedule for 2022.  

School Fees and Levies are billed at the beginning of the school year and are payable in 4 instalments.  They may be paid at the commencement of the year, on each instalment, monthly or an arranged time agreeable by the Principal.  We also offer a payment plan option.  Please see the school office to organise this, or send an email to 


Student Levies include:

  • All work books, diaries, resources such as pencils, pens etc.
  • All electronic devices
  • Dance / Excursions / Incursions
  • Special events such as: Prep Hub Breakfast, Hub 1 & Hub 2 afternoon tea, Hub 3/4 Sleepover, Sacramental levies and sports clubs.


There is an additional cost for:

Swimming: Years Prep - 6

Camp: Years 3, 4, 5 & 6


Medications Reminder

If your child/ren requires medication at school, please complete the attached Administration of Medication Guidelines document providing us with written permission to administer any medication ie: Eye drops, Antihistamine, Ventolin, Epipen etc.


We also require an up to date Action Plan every year from your doctor to accompany the medication if it is in relation to Asthma, Allergies, Anaphylaxis and Epilepsy.


Please provide the school with the item/s required as soon as possible at the start of the year, as it is of primary importance that we have up to date Action Plans/Medication in case of an emergency.

If so, please log into the Community Portal and update your details or email the office via so we can update our records. This includes changes to emergency contacts, additional numbers to call if needed and any changes to employment details.
