Italian Program in Term 4

Prep & Yr 1 Italian Program

Dear Parents,

I cannot believe it is Term 4 already! Hopefully, the students can have many face-to-face Italian conversations this term.

Term four, we will be covering the topics - “La conversazione (The conversation)” and “Natale (Christmas)”.

Within the topic “La conversazione” we will be revising basic language taught throughout the year e.g. What’s your name? My name is ….. How are you? I am … years old. How are you? How old are you? Family. What do you like/ don’t like? What is your favourite colour? Numbers. etc.

Within the topic “Natale” the students will be introduced to new Italian words and phrases around the Christmas story and learn an Italian Christmas song. They will complete craft activities through Italian instructions.
