A big congratulations to our Year 7 Girls Basketball Team who won 4 out of 4 games today to come out on top!
All our girls played well as a team and fought to the end in a real nail-biting finish! Well done everyone!
Black Ranges
Well done to our Year 7 Boys Teams (A & B) who competed in the Black Ranges Basketball last week.
Team A were on fire and played well right to the end, only to go down by 2 points in the grand final.
Team B played well also, but unfortunately didn't get any wins on the board for the day.
Thank you to our student coach and umpire, Tara McIntyre and Eva Manserra who were a fantastic help on the day.
Last week, ten Year 9 and 10 students represented St Brigid’s College at the State Netball tournament held at the State Netball Centre.
What a wonderful day of competition these students had, winning one of their four matches and only narrowly missing out by a few goals in their other games.
It was an amazing experience to play against future stars, enjoy first-class facilities and see current and past Olympians and Vixens players.
Congratulations to our Year 8 Boys Basketball Team who won the Black Ranges Year 8 Basketball Carnival in Ararat.
Our students played four games to make the final - winning against Horsham College B, Ararat Community College, Marian and Stawell. The final was played against Horsham College A and we congratulate our students for progressing through to the Greater Western Level in October.
