DPS Everest Program

Code Camp 

Well done to our Year 3, 4, 5 and 6 Everest students. They have just completed a 5 week Coding course with Code camp. They coded using a program called Codecampworld and they learnt block coding. They created their own games such as Juggling Donuts and Road Rush.

The Everest students world like to thank their wonderful teachers​ for another term of great learning - Miss Papanastasiou, Miss White, Mr O'Callaghan and Mr Poulton.

We would like to wish our Everest students good luck for the ISA (International School’s Assessment) next term.

The year 3, 4, 5 and 6 Everest students and teachers have worked extremely hard to sit the Reading and a Mathematical Literacy test.

What is the ISA?

The ISA is an assessment program developed by the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER), one of the world’s leading research and assessment bodies. 

The assessment is designed for international schools (or schools with an international focus) and is undertaken by hundreds of schools across more than 70 countries every year. 

Every year approximately 90, 000 students from more than 70 countries take part in the ISA.
