Book Week Celebration!

Book Week Celebration— Thursday 25 August

To celebrate Book Week and the announcement of the Children’s Book Council of Australia Book of the Year winners, we will hold our annual Book Week Celebration on Thursday 25 August. 

Students (and staff!) are invited to come to school dressed as a favourite book character and/or bring along their favourite book. 

On the day, there will be a costume parade and students will participate in a range of activities, exploring some of the shortlisted books.

What is Book Week?

Book Week (20 – 26 August) is the celebration of books, reading, and Australian children’s authors and illustrators. This year’s theme is ‘Dreaming with eyes open...’.
