PORT SAPSASA CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIP
Venue: Semaphore Surf Life Saving Club
Point Malcolm Reserve
Military Road Semaphore Park
Date: Tuesday 13th September 2016
Training started last Friday for students born in 2003 – 2007 who want to try and make the school cross country team. The race distance is 2000m – we will build endurance over the coming weeks and hold trials closer to the event.
If you enjoy running, do well in the beep test or just want to get fitter then come and have a go. We are happy to select all students who can run the distance without stopping or walking. With training this will be achievable.
Training will be at 3:20 pm Fridays, meeting at the Largs Bay Sailing Club. We will use the coastal track and the beach. Parents are asked to stay and supervise the children or organise another adult to be present. Parents are welcome to join in the sessions.

It helps you manage your child’s behaviour, emotions and development to build strong relationships, communicate well and encourage the kind of behaviour you want to see.
