Aim of 2017 Fundraising
Many parents ask ‘what are we raising money for’?
- Walkathon and Trivia Night are our major fundraisers. Our aim in 2017 from these events is to raise funds for outdoor seating and tables to extend the play spaces, and particularly to encourage quiet spaces. We are also aiming to fund decking and shade sails in the portable areas.
- All other fundraisers from the PFA this year will go towards purchasing a large projector and screen for the school gym to be used for assemblies, parent evenings, movie nights and other community events.
Second Hand Uniform Stall
The Second Hand Uniform Stall will be running regularly, on the 1st Tuesday of every month. The next stall will be held on Tuesday 2nd May from 8.30-9.00am and in the afternoon from 3.00-3.45 in the school gym. If anyone has any uniforms they would like to donate to the school, please hand them to the office. All clothes must be clean, without holes and able to be worn.
Meeting
The next PFA meeting will be held on Thursday 18th May at 7.00pm in the school staff room, and we would love to see new parents join us then.
If you would like to participate in our fundraising activities, we would love to hear from you. Speak to the office staff who will put you in contact with a member of the committee.
We look forward to your support in 2017,
PFA (Parents and Friends Association)
