Food Studies

"During remote learning, the food studies subjects has provided the students time to embrace new food ideas, further focusing on healthy eating, improving mental health, wellness and to engage in further food knowledge building. Students which are cooking at home are finding it extremely rewarding to share ideas with the family ,learn new cooking principles of cookery and to be ready to continue on their development once they conclude remote learning.
Students are continually asking questions during remote learning on food techniques, sharing ideas on line about their culture and their food journey. As a food technology teacher, this is extremely rewarding to view the development of each student.
