Students explored the Colours of Nature by stepping outside and away from the screen to view the natural vegetation surrounding their houses. They focussed on the variation of colours then fully explored the textures,shapes and qualities of the natural object they selected to draw. Students used a variety of drawing materials available at home including digital drawing apps. They reflected on their drawing processes and connected with their feelings while examining the beauty of nature.

'Amazing work, Year 10's! These one-point perspective drawings are accurate, imaginative, and inspiring to all. Year 10's in Visual Communication and Design have demonstrated their understanding of one-point perspective by identifying a vanishing point and demonstrating the paralleled lines accordingly. The Year 10's have been resourceful in utilising the materials they have at home during remote learning, such as book end as rulers and any materials as a substitute for stationary.' _ Laura
