Re-Enrolment Forms for 2022 - NOW DUE

Re-enrolment forms for 2022 have been sent in the mail.  Forms must be reviewed,

signed by both parents and returned to the College by Friday 3rd September 2021. Please contact the College if you have not received your form.

Payment and forms can be returned by EMAIL to finance@mazenod.vic.edu.au

Both sides of the form must be returned via email or the hard copy can be mailed.

If you are paying by BPay, please use the BPay details as per your fee statement.

If you email the form back to us, there is no need to send the original hard copy as well.

Changed your Address/Email/Phone Number?

To ensure effective communication to and from the College, it is important that all contact details are up to date. If you have recently changed your home address, email address or contact phone number, please advise the College on 9560 0911 as soon as possible.

Car parking

Please note the following parking details for pick up and drop off at Mazenod College. Areas marked in light blue are for pick/up drop off.  Areas marked in red are no parking or dropping off areas.  Please do not pick up or drop off in Kernot Avenue or Murdoch Avenue or park in the staff parking areas.
