Year 10

It has been a busy couple of weeks for our Year 10 students. Much decision making with regards to future pathways has been made. Fortunately, everyone went through an interview process in relation to subject selections for 2022 before Lockdown 6.0. Alternative pathways including VCE, VCAL and VET have been explored and discussed in the hope that students will choose the subjects best suited to their interests and needs.

Remote learning has been a challenge for both students and teachers. Well done to those who continue to engage in their classes and with the wider community. Our Year 10 Student Leaders have put together a ‘Lockdown List’, which they have shared with the year level. They have also reached out and emailed students as a way of staying connected.

During our recent pastoral period the year level enjoyed participating in a Kahoot! Our Student Leaders were responsible for coming up with the questions and Michaela Meyer did a great job of putting it all together. Congratulations to Mary, Georgia, Issy, Megan and Sophie on finishing in the top 5.
