Biz - E - Kidz Update

Spring Holiday Program

 I am happy to be able to release the holiday program as attached. We are excited and look forward to better weather, fun activities, being with friends and restrictions being eased, however, please note the following:

• Holiday program bookings will be dependent on restrictions at the time of the holidays. Although we plan to run ‘as usual’, bookings may be restricted to the children of essential workers and vulnerable children.
• Depending on the level of restrictions, the program is subject to change at late notice including incursions being cancelled.

We will try to give families as much notice as possible and thank families for their patience and persistence in this rapidly changing situation.

To make a booking:

• Follow the link to Smartcentral  or the bookings page of the Biz – E – Kidz section of the NMPS website

Click the ‘Apply’ button.

• Log into your Smartcentral account using your email address as the login or sign up for a new account if you are a first-time Biz – E – Kidz user.
• Click ‘Copy’ to begin your holiday program application.
• Check all the information is correct and completed.
• In the bookings section, select ‘vacation care’ from the drop-down menu and select your required days. Review your application and click submit.
• PLEASE NOTE: you will not be able to make bookings BEFORE Monday 23rd August at 7:15 am.
• Confirmations will be sent via email on the week beginning 30/08/21
• Bookings close 27/08/21. Any applications made after this date will be confirmed within 3 working days and are subject to availability.
• Deposits of $10 per child per day are due by Friday 10/9/21. Any changes, cancelations, and no shows after this date will incur a $30 per child per day fee

Waiving of an annual fee increase

Usually, Biz – E – Kidz raises its fees annually at the beginning of July. In light of the changing and uncertain situation with COVID, lockdowns, and the additional strain this places on families, Biz – E – Kidz has decided to again waive the annual fee increase for this year. We do this in acknowledgment and support of families in this uncertain time and the financial and emotional stress this uncertainty causes. We anticipate that we will need to raise fees in 2022 and will update families closer to then.

If any families are experiencing difficulties paying their fees due to financial hardship, please contact Biz -E Kidz ASAP for support.
